The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the company's supply chain operations, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. They will work closely with user departments to ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with PPRA & SSGC Rules & Regulations.

In addition, the Supply Chain Expert will develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance, manage the enlistment of suppliers in Oracle ERP, and create purchase requisitions. They will also prioritize and assign cases to subordinates and supervise the preparation of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and improving supply chain operations
  • Identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain performance
  • Managing the enlistment of suppliers in Oracle ERP
  • Creating purchase requisitions
  • Prioritizing and assigning cases to subordinates
  • Supervising the preparation of contracts

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess an MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in government or semi-government organizations. Strong knowledge of PPRA Rules and Government Policies/SROs is essential.
