About This Role

The Pakistan CPS Plant, located in Lahore, serves as a key manufacturing site for concentrate and beverage bases.

As the General Manager of this facility, you will be responsible for leading the plant's operations, ensuring lean-driven operational excellence, and delivering exceptional business results.

  • You will provide strategic direction across Plant Management functions, including Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), Finance, People & Culture, and Operational Excellence.
  • Your primary goal will be to instil a culture of anticipation, prevention, and business management to drive productivity, value creation, and performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A University Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management.
  • At least 10–12 years of experience in high-volume, fast-moving consumer goods industries, preferably in Food/Beverage sectors.
  • Experience working in progressive unionized and non-unionized plants across diverse locations.
  • A proven track record of delivering business results, including managing people and driving change within a supply chain environment.
