Group Human Resource Director

The Group Human Resource Director oversees the human resources function for a fast-paced, high-growth organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring that organisational policies are consistently and fairly applied, while also creating and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to employees.

  • This includes creating, administering, and managing employee programmes that foster a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behaviour and performance.
  • The Director conducts and manages employee surveys and takes appropriate steps to improve the work environment.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing a multi-cultural and multi-level human resources department, with a proven track record of growing operations and optimising employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with recruitment and oversee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
  2. Oversee the cycle of staff performance evaluations.
  3. Manage day-to-day human resource concerns.
  4. Create and implement policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations.
