As a Team Lead Business Excellence, you will report to Director Business Excellence
Your Opportunity
- Identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities across the healthcare diagnostics landscape in Pakistan, with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success, operational excellence, and market expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at major customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Lead customer development and product awareness efforts by providing expert-level guidance, insights into value propositions, and technical support
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to inform data-driven strategies, mitigate risks, and leverage emerging opportunities
- Champion brand promotion and product positioning through high-impact campaigns, leveraging market research to refine messaging and increase visibility
- Proactively manage tender processes, develop winning bid strategies, and secure high-value contracts through strategic negotiation and documentation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning to support individual growth and organizational success
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs to build team capability and engagement
- Proven track record in health diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop teams toward high-impact performance and strategic alignment
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including public and private sector dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Solid experience in tendering, contract management, and commercial negotiations
- A self-motivated leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results through collaboration
- Master's degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales & Market Development within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with exposure to both B2B and B2C channels
- Proficiency in portfolio management, market prioritization, and use of analytical tools
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends, marketing fundamentals, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Urdu
