Job Title: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads from multiple sources, including digital platforms and networks.
  • Contact potential carriers and drivers to onboard them with the organization.
  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and cargo.
  • Maintain open communication with drivers to track shipment progress and address any concerns.
  • Leverage software systems to identify available loads for drivers.
  • Ensure seamless operations and resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and drivers alike.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Previous experience in a trucking or logistics company is advantageous.
