Senior Brand Manager

Developing and executing brand strategies is a crucial role in this organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends, including pricing structures, marketing activities, sales records, brand positions, and packaging.

You will oversee the daily progress of product marketing planning and execution, ensuring all marketing plans align with established business objectives. This includes providing an annual plan according to business needs and guiding pricing across different channels and geographic areas to ensure consistency with strategy.

Additionally, you will identify new campaigns and activities to implement, contribute innovative ideas, develop focused concepts and product ideas, and work closely with production teams to ensure creative packaging and supply.

Collaborate with advertising and promotional agencies to generate innovative and cost-effective ideas for promoting brand equities with the right positioning, and plan and execute BTL activities.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent time management skills, effective interpersonal and active listening skills, good writing and summarization skills, and the ability to lead others. You should also be able to work effectively with a wide variety of people, encourage teamwork, motivate others to achieve results, and have a working knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications and experience required include an MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
