Food Science Research Fellowship Position

The Department of Food Science invites applications for a Research Fellow position under the Higher Education Commission project No. 20-1611/R&D/10/5728.
This is a temporary appointment on a contract basis, with a duration of 1 year. The selected candidate will be required to work in both field and lab settings, including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing.
The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. (Hons.) or equivalent degree in Food Science & Nutrition or a relevant field. A good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred.
