Senior Employer Relations Business PartnerJob Overview

The Senior Employer Relations Business Partner serves as a key liaison to senior leadership, HR professionals, and legal teams, focusing on employee relations.

This role involves creating a positive work environment by neutrally facilitating complaint resolutions, supporting the open-door policy, and investigating sensitive matters.

The position reports directly to the HR Director and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and implement employee relations processes, programs, and tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Function as the primary contact and investigator for employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of varying complexity and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Manage cases proactively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed records.
  • Address employee concerns related to human rights, workplace policies, conduct, safety, and attendance.
  • Facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or allegations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to enhance organizational capacity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years in employee relations.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
