Job Title:

Employee Relations Business Partner

About The Role:

This position serves as a key partner to business/HR leaders, focusing on employee relations and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR teams to develop and implement employee relations processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed logs and documentation of cases.
  • Address human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance concerns.
  • Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in HRBP with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills.
