Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to play a key role in our company's success. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to take ownership of event taxonomy, collaborate with developers, and build reporting layers across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining key product KPIs, analyzing funnel and feature performance, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to improve the customer journey. They will influence how we define, track, and learn from user behavior, helping us create better experiences across all our digital products.

Responsibilities
  1. Owning and maintaining the event taxonomy and event debugging across mobile app and web platforms.
  2. Partnering with product managers and engineers to define, implement, and test event instrumentation using tools like Google Tag Manager, Firebase, or native SDKs.
  3. Collaborating with developers and QA teams to validate tracking implementations across environments.
  4. Building dashboards and reports in Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Power BI to monitor product usage, feature adoption, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value.
  5. Defining and monitoring core product KPIs and success metrics while ensuring alignment across teams.
  6. Designing and analyzing A/B tests, supporting experiment planning, and providing statistically sound recommendations.
  7. Creating compelling data stories, communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements

We're seeking an individual with:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or digital analytics, preferably in fast-paced digital-first environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern product analytics tools like Amplitude, Statsig, or Mixpanel.
  • Extensive experience in SQL and data modeling using dbt.
  • Proficient in Python for advanced analytics, including descriptive and predictive analytics.
  • Proven experience with building data stories using Business Intelligence tools like Looker and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, Firebase, SDKs) and event testing/debugging.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing frameworks, statistical significance, and experiment design.
  • Comfortable working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
