The role of Curriculum and Program Development Team Lead involves spearheading the design, development, and enhancement of curricula for both Summer School and evening continuing education courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of course curricula, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and the evolving needs of learners.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Program Management
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Summer School and evening courses, ensuring a diverse and relevant course offering.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to manage course schedules, resources, and logistics.
Faculty Collaboration
  • Work closely with faculty, alumni, and industry professionals to develop and deliver courses.
  • Provide guidance and support to instructors to maintain high teaching standards.
Quality Assurance
  • Establish and implement evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations to identify emerging educational needs and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Represent the organization at events, workshops, and conferences to promote programs and initiatives.
  • Supervisors may assign additional tasks as deemed necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and program development, preferably within continuing education or higher education settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading educational programs and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse instructional methodologies.
