The role of Social Media Marketing Manager requires a deep understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling narratives, growing communities, and ensuring all social media content aligns with both client and agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting tailored social media strategies for clients.
  • Developing and executing monthly content calendars with a mix of static posts, videos, reels, and interactive formats.
  • Collaborating with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.
  • Overseeing content production, ensuring high-quality visuals, captions, and storytelling.
  • Experimenting with trends, memes, and viral content to boost engagement while maintaining brand identity.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Monitoring comments, messages, and interactions across all platforms, fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.
  • Implementing influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content strategies.
  • Responding to audience queries and feedback, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Tracking key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and preparing reports with insights.
