We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical information, resolving conflicts in drawings and specifications, and ensuring the accuracy of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and provide technical information from plans, detail sheets, and specifications to contractors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications through collaboration with Senior Specialists. Coordinate solutions with various sub-trades to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare accurate labor cost reports and monitor material ledgers to guarantee sufficient quantities for project completion.
  • As a member of the Project Team, perform layout work competently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Coordinate inspections with Senior Specialists and authorities as required by the contract.
  • Inspect false work for conformance to design drawings, ensuring high-quality construction.
  • Monitor rebar installation for compliance with structural drawings, maintaining project standards.
  • Assist the Project Manager by enforcing quality control, expediting subcontractors, and promoting timely project completion.
  • Continuously update drawings with changes issued by Senior Specialists, maintaining project documentation.
  • Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and communicate essential information to Project staff and the Project Manager.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for contract document conflicts.
  • Maintain strict adherence to engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions to ensure construction work meets all requirements.
