
Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Closer to join our team. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for engaging prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage.
You will educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs, overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision.
A successful Sales Closer consistently meets or exceeds individual and team sales targets, accurately documents call outcomes, and maintains up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage
- Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs
- Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM
- 1–2 years of proven experience in tele sales or insurance closing (final expense experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a client-centric mindset
- Comfortable working nights (7 PM–5 AM) in a collaborative office environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, reliability, and self-motivation
