Real Estate Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio.

  • Main responsibilities include managing property operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring smooth and efficient property management.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property staff, vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • This role involves managing property budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results.

  • Supervising property administrators on property data entry, record-keeping, and document management, ensuring accuracy and completeness is essential.

  • Maintaining property systems, software, and hardware, ensuring optimal functionality and performance is crucial.

  • Planning and managing property security, access control, and emergency response procedures, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is vital.

  • Identifying and assessing property risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans is a key responsibility.

  • Negotiating and administering property-related contracts, agreements, and licenses is required.

  • Overseeing property inspections, audits, and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements is also an important part of this role.

  • Developing and implementing property strategies to enhance value, profitability, and sustainability is necessary.

  • Managing budgets for property-related expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation is critical.

  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and preparing financial and operational reports on property performance is essential.

  • Identifying process improvements, staying updated on industry trends, and adopting advancements in property management technologies is a must.
