We are seeking an experienced Application Governance Specialist to oversee the lifecycle management of demo applications. This critical role is essential in supporting technical teams in leveraging these apps to build and maintain new connectors, solutions, support customers, troubleshoot connector issues, and create impactful demos.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the governance and lifecycle management of demo applications.
    • Develop policies and procedures for demo instance usage and maintenance.
    • Monitor compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Application Administration:
    • Administer demo applications by adding users, configuring permissions, and assigning licenses.
    • Perform complex configurations to ensure applications work properly.
    • Regularly review and update application settings to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Support Services:
    • Provide timely support to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to demo instances.
    • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in utilizing demo instances effectively.
  • Resource Optimization:
    • Develop and manage budgets for demo instances, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Track and report on expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Intake Process:
    • Manage the intake process for new demo instance requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on procurement processes.
  • Qualifications:
    • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in application management, IT governance, and administering applications.
    • Proven track record of managing budgets and procurement processes.
    • Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
