Senior Technical Manager Position

We seek experienced technical professionals to lead our team and manage various responsibilities efficiently. This includes developing and analyzing software systems, creating strategies for implementing technology solutions, and overseeing system maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software systems to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement effective strategies for technology adoption within the organization.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems across all departments.
  • Work closely with departments to gather necessary specifications and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for monitoring technology systems and enforcing company policies.
  • Procure software and hardware systems while managing budgets and quotations.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to employees involved in software implementation and maintenance.
  • Train employees in utilizing information systems and configuring system settings.
Shift & Location:
  • Night shift (8PM - 5AM) is preferred for this role.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience is highly recommended.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
