Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales and marketing professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales and marketing professional to drive business growth through identifying, approaching, and visiting potential clients to promote and sell warehouse equipment.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales, utilizing marketing tools such as Canva or similar software for creating promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitive trends, prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs within deadlines, coordinating with internal teams for timely product delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell warehouse equipment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
  4. Utilize marketing tools such as Canva or similar software for creating promotional materials.
  5. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitive trends.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  7. Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs within deadlines.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must own a motorbike for client visits.
