Job Title: Development & Process Improvement Supervisor (Blend & Warehouse) – Female
Department: TSC Blend Warehouse
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Employment Type: Contractual (3rd Party Contract)

Job Purpose

The Development & Process Improvement Supervisor will support the Blend and Warehouse operations by identifying and implementing improvements in processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and ensuring the overall operational efficiency of the department. This role is specifically designed to support technical and developmental aspects in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives in blending and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve cross-functional targets and project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the technical maintenance team to ensure upkeep of plant equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for automating manual processes in line with industry best practices.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation related to process improvements, development plans, and plant maintenance activities.
  • Train and mentor team members in the blend warehouse and technical areas to enhance skill sets and performance.
  • Support the Blend Operations Manager in analytical evaluations, process improvement presentations, and execution of improvement plans.
  • Ensure hazard identification, removal, and food safety compliance in accordance with SOPs and relevant industry standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Oversee timely recovery, decision-making, and completion of SRS (Stock Recovery System) related tasks.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electromechanical or certifications related to HACCP/Food Safety will be an advantage
Experience
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in process development, warehouse supervision, or food processing environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
  • Training and team development capabilities
  • Familiarity with technical equipment and warehouse processes
Age Limit

30 to 36 years (Preferred experienced and mature candidates)
