Content Editor Role

This role is ideal for a creative and social media savvy individual who can work directly with founders to shoot, edit and publish high-quality content across various platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of YouTube vlogs, short-form edits, social carousels and founder/brand storytelling experience. They will be proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or Figma and have experience in both videography and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot high-quality content in real-time with the founders across office life, travel, events and product shoots.">
  • Edit and produce high-quality YouTube vlogs and founder-focused docu-series episodes.">
  • Create viral short-form content for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.">
  • Support photo and static post creation, capturing behind-the-scenes and candid photography of the founders.">
  • Publish content on various platforms, ensuring consistency of tone, visual identity and hook effectiveness.">

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a content editor, videographer or social media creator.">
  • Strong portfolio of YouTube vlogs, short-form edits, social carousels and founder/brand storytelling.">
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or Figma.">
  • Experience in both videography and post-production.">
  • Strong design eye and knowledge of modern brand aesthetics.">
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver quickly.">
