Job Title: Project Manager

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project activities according to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of project goals while proactively managing scope changes, identifying risks, and devising contingency plans.
  3. Collaborate with the team to create test plans and execute testing efforts.
  4. Manage project timelines using suitable tools and track milestones and deliverables.
  5. Develop and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  6. Multitask and leverage innovative management techniques to improve team productivity.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.

 

 Requirements:

  1. Must be enthusiastic about technology and have hands-on experience with tools like Basecamp.
  2. Excellent communication skills; strong written and spoken English abilities.
  3. Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and working independently.
  4. Soft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation, and conflict resolution.
  5. Hands-on experience with MS Project is desirable.
  6. Prior experience in System architecture and Database design is an asset.
  7. Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field is preferred.
