Job Title: Sustainable Agriculture Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the scientific aspects of our agricultural operations.

Main tasks involve conducting field trials on various crops, managing laboratory settings, and maintaining a contamination-free environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to farmers on soil health, crop selection, and sustainable farming practices

The ideal candidate will possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge of agriculture, including soil types, crop management, and fertilizers. A track record of excellent research capabilities and communication skills is essential for success in this role.

Requirements include a degree in agriculture or microbiology, with a Master's or PhD preferred.

A strong understanding of the local agricultural market and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are necessary for long-term success.
