Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage our digital infrastructure and provide technical support to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, cloud storage administration, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data Management: Design and implement a folder structure for all company cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive).

• Cloud Storage Administration: Manage user access and permissions for all shared storage to ensure data security.

• IT Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests. Resolve issues with employee hardware and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in IT support or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems Windows, computer hardware, and networking principles.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and documentation.
