The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets is crucial for success in this role.

Providing top-tier customer service and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies are essential responsibilities. To excel in this position, one must have proven experience in online sales, lead conversion, or customer engagement, as well as a strong track record of hitting targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also vital. This mid-senior level position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or social media-based sales is highly desirable.
