Restaurant Operations Management

We are seeking a highly skilled restaurant manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Train and develop staff members, promoting a positive work environment.
  3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Hire new staff as needed, maintaining a high-performing team.
  5. Meet sales targets by driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  6. Possess a minimum education of Matric (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

As a dedicated restaurant manager, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training and development, customer complaint resolution, and sales performance management.
