We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Support Coordinator to assist our team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop reporting formats as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and business analyses, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
- Liaise with department managers to gather information for policy development and organizational growth.
- Research and develop memos and policies on general rules and management best practices.
- Analyze and assess existing policies, identifying gaps and proposing solutions for improvement.
- Support the management of training, meetings, and gatherings, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager in reviewing confidential documents and preparing meeting agendas.
- Manage the Office Manager's calendar, coordinating travel plans and daily activities aligned with objectives.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual with a strong appetite for work and growth.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management, teamwork, and team management skills.
- Ability to work across different departments and teams.
