Job Title: Payroll Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our organization.

About the Role

This role involves leading the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of staff salaries, as well as final settlements for retiring employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing MIS reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll process, including processing monthly payrolls, final settlements, and sports salaries.
  • Supervise the compilation of payroll data, including employee salaries, SESSI payments, EOBI payments, and taxation payments.
  • Review payroll accounting and tax reports, maintain records, and prepare graphics and charts as necessary.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with payroll processes.
  • Develop and implement risk response strategies.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounts, or Business Administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Fresh CA/ACMA qualification is also acceptable.
