Accounting Manager Position

You will be responsible for leading a team of finance and accounting professionals in navigating operational finance, accounting, and payment activities for a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day leadership and support to the team members.
  • Review accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Manage day-to-day cash flow positions.
  • Manage invoicing process and provide feedback to the customer support team on requested items.
  • Prepare period-close reports and ensure readiness for financial close.
  • Post month-end journal entries as appropriate.
  • Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
  • Set up finance processes for new country expansions.
  • Work with the engineering & IT team on process automation.
  • Flag critical points to the Head of Finance.

  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong process mindset and Excel skills.
  • Coaching skills and willingness to work as a team.
  • Motivated to generate change.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle different initiatives concurrently.
  • Independent and able to manage remote teams.

We require a strong background in accounting or finance and 8+ years of experience working in finance & accounting with growing responsibilities.
