Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced research associate to join our team in generating leads and conducting research. As a research associate, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, as well as collaborating with project coordinators to finalize expert selections.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Experience in research, recruitment, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Job Description:

This is a fully commission-based role with generous incentives for achieving credits. You will be expected to work remotely from home and require a computer and internet connection.

  • Sending professional emails via Zoho CRM.
  • Engaging and messaging prospects through LinkedIn.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and reviewing expert profiles.
  • Collaborating with project coordinators to finalize expert selections.
Qualifications:
  1. 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, recruitment, or related fields (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  2. Active LinkedIn account with 200+ connections.
  3. Must not be a full-time employee or currently enrolled in full-time education.
  4. Excellent communication and networking skills.
