District Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Community Health Directorate, you will play a vital role in managing district-level teams for the effective implementation of interventions.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the TIH district malaria office, warehouse, and district-level teams. You will also maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program, especially with DoH and Malaria Control Program.

You will develop quarterly and monthly DIPs in line with the approved WP and PF, and share them with the provincial manager for approval from PMU Islamabad. Additionally, you will provide feedback on project activities to the Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad regularly.

You will coordinate with district health authorities to identify malaria diagnostics and treatment centers, ensuring they are maintained and providing services as per SOPs. Furthermore, you will identify major private health centers to facilitate and initiate malaria interventions through the private sector.

You will organize capacity building trainings, workshops, and meetings for staff of public and private health facilities on various grant interventions. Moreover, you will monitor logistics supplies records and organize malaria coordination meetings at district levels, sharing minutes with the Provincial Office and acting on action points.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage district-level teams and malaria office, warehouse.

9. Organize malaria coordination meetings.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 4-5 years of experience in the health sector.
• Experience working with international, national organizations, and government agencies in a similar capacity.
• Masters in Social Science.

You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
