Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled technology professional to join our Enterprise Technology department. This role will involve working with cutting-edge technology to drive business growth and deliver agile solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective delivery practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Developing and maintaining front and back end products/applications
  • Coordinating release deployment and supporting systems in production
  • Interpreting requirements, providing estimations, and participating in agile project lifecycles
  • Delivering end-to-end accountability for product or service, identifying and developing technology solutions to meet customer needs
  • Troubleshooting defects and implementing sustainable solutions, collaborating with Operations, Development, and Test Engineers
  • Working closely with IT stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs and time-to-market objectives
  • Ensuring service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for software solutions delivered
  • Responsible for automating continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines within DevOps teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Challenging decisions made on control implementation where appropriate
Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills and experience in agile development methodologies. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
