Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, including attendance records and leave entitlements.
  • Process salary revisions and enhancements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct annual appraisals for faculty members, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate special projects, working closely with the Head Office and Regional teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using computer software, and knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits principles.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education Management from Rawalpindi, Pakistan
