We are seeking an experienced Software Development Expert to join our team.

About the Role

The Consultant Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Expertise in RPG (ILE/FREE) using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions.
  • Hands-on experience of Application Design & Development in BFSI/Banking domain is highly desirable.
  • Change management experience and familiarity with a change management tool is essential.
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and techniques is necessary.
  • Strong understanding and working experience with CI/CD and available tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, RDI is required.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
  • The ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools is crucial.
  • The ability to resolve critical issues in a timely manner is vital.
  • Clear communication, documentation of work, and sharing ideas are key responsibilities.
  • Review and peer review are also essential aspects of this role.
  • Experience releasing to production what you developed and supporting it afterwards is required.
