Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Email Outreach: Conduct thorough research on hostels, BnBs, hotels & property managers in Karachi Division, gather accurate contact details and craft compelling emails.
  2. Market Research: Analyze competitors and identify innovative business models that align with our setup.
  3. Calendar Management: Update the Google Calendar with scheduled meetings and reminders, flag important communications and maintain an organized inbox.
  4. Brainstorming Support: Organize notes and voice messages, help transform ideas into actionable plans or documents, and develop lists of experiments to explore.
  5. Document Creation: Design email templates, pitch decks, and summaries of business offers and services.
  6. Weekly Reporting: Provide regular updates on work completed, outreach responses, blockers or questions, and suggestions for next steps.
