Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our travel operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals looking to gain experience in the tourism industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Itinerary Planning: Coordinate and organize tour itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
- Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and develop new business opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Tourism Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the tourism industry and popular destinations in Pakistan.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Urdu languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
