Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operational Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, fleet management, HR, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management:
    • Assist in submitting procurement files and tracking payment follow-ups.
    • Update procurement folders regularly and ensure all documents are collected with high attention to transparency.
    • Manage contracts, renewals, and follow-ups.
  • Fleet Management:
    • Ensure safety and effective use of assets and properties.
    • Account for compliance with assets, properties, and premises management procedures.
    • Maintain and repair assets promptly.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Supervise and coordinate all logistic matters relating to transport and fuel management.
    • Organize field movements for staff members, including travel arrangements.
  • HR and Finance:
    • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and personnel management.
    • Support finance functions, including budgeting and expense management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics and office management.
  • Previous experience in projects is preferred.
  • Good level of spoken and written language skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Able to travel autonomously to duty sites when required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in challenging working conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write reports and data analysis.
