Job Description:

A leadership position has become available in our organization, focusing on the strategic direction and development of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practices. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ESM frameworks that align with organizational goals.

About the Role:

This role is critical in driving business success through effective service management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex teams, developing and executing strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ESM team to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in service management practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools.
  • Develop and execute the ESM strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the ESM team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the ESM activities are aligned with the broader business strategy and objectives.
  • Support senior leaders in defining and driving the ESM vision.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the ESM, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ESM initiatives, adjusting as necessary to ensure success.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 15+ years of prior experience in a related field, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of working with & deep understanding of Service Now.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large, complex teams in a global enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of Service Management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to effectively interface with executive teams.
