Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

  • Oversee HR functions, ensuring timely updates and compliance with policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs.
  • Develop scalable hiring strategies to meet growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and required technical competencies.
  • Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing platforms, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and mobile developers.
  • Ensure timely updates and compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs.
  • Develop scalable hiring strategies to meet growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and required technical competencies.
  • Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing platforms, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.
