Lead Verification Specialist

We are a dynamic team seeking like-minded individuals to join us as remote work from home Lead Verification Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously verifying live transfer leads to ensure their authenticity and accuracy.

You will be rewarded with $1 per approved lead for the first 5 leads, with bonus incentives for exceeding targets. Our current average is 13 verified leads per specialist, providing ample opportunities for growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently verify live transfer Final Expense leads to ensure their validity and reliability
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain open lines of communication
  • Meet or exceed lead verification targets to drive business growth and success

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English language
  • Previous experience in call center environments, preferably in Final Expense
  • Able to work independently from home with minimal supervision
