Senior Backend Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to design and build integrations between our trading platform and global crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and brokers.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-performance systems, writing APIs, and helping scale real-time, low-latency architecture that connects to dozens of venues.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on infrastructure used by the world's leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain performant APIs and connectivity modules to external venues (REST, WebSocket, FIX).
- Develop high-quality, low-latency integrations for order routing, trade execution, and data ingestion.
- Monitor and support venue connections and real-time data pipelines.
- 5+ years of hands-on backend or connectivity engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Golang or similar languages.
- Experience integrating with crypto or financial trading venues.
- Familiarity with WebSocket, REST, and FIX APIs.
- Background in high-performance distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development, Docker, CI/CD.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in low-latency trading systems or crypto market makers.
- Prior work on Execution or Portfolio Management Systems.
- Familiarity with performance testing and debugging distributed environments.
