We are currently looking for experienced Freight Operations Coordinators to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have at least 3 months of experience in the US trucking and dispatching industry.

This is a remote job with flexible working hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate rates with brokers to secure loads.
  • Assign loads to carriers.
  • Monitor the progress of units/trucks until delivery is completed.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
  • Submit invoices and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience in freight operations and coordination is preferred.
