Senior Systems Administration Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, support, and administer Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate on integrations as we expand our suite of applications.
  • Provide timely support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve promptly reported service desk issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in user-facing technical support, application support, or Service Desk roles is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, focusing on assisting end-users with day-to-day tasks and issues.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is mandatory.
