Accountabilities
  1. Implement improvement plans to meet AkzoNobel objectives as defined in the Common platform, focusing on SAQ & LSR requirements.
  2. Work closely with the BBS Steering Committee to offer advice on HSE matters.
  3. Maintain EMS and OH&SMS for the Site.
  4. Carry out daily/monthly inspections/audits.
  5. Support Line Managers to ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and AkzoNobel policies.
  6. Participate in investigations and share learnings from incidents/accidents.
  7. Assist in incident and crisis management.
  8. Compile HSE reports and submit KPIs.
Experience Required
  1. Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in an HSE role within the chemical industry.
  2. Demonstrate a strong results-driven mindset and proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, pragmatism, and energetic management style are essential.
