Job Description:

The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in leading agile testing efforts. This includes spearheading testing initiatives, collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders, and driving regression automation using a defined framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Agile Testing Leadership: Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and efficient prevention of defects and issues.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed in the testing process.
  3. Regression Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the repeatability and scalability of tests. Collaborate with the development team to integrate testing suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
  4. Quality Advocacy: Advocate for best practices in quality assurance across the team. Lead initiatives to improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  5. Independent Operation: Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of quality assurance projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Proficient in test automation tools, especially Selenium.
  • Demonstrable experience with regression testing and CI/CD integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
