Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Systems: Establish and maintain accurate accounting books, payments, receipts, and theft management processes.
  • Budgeting and Approvals: Create budgets and obtain approvals to ensure effective financial planning and control.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll efficiently to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Stores Account Management: Maintain accurate stores accounts to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory management.
  • Asset Management: Oversee asset management to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • Taxation and GST: Handle income and GST-related tasks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Source quality goods from reliable vendors at reasonable prices to ensure efficient procurement and supply chain management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making informed financial decisions to drive business growth, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
