Project Director

AIA Grupo S.L seeks an experienced Project Director to lead and deliver projects efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project success.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing client concerns.
4. Scope Management: Monitor and control project scope, identifying and mitigating potential scope creep.
5. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client requirements.
7. Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, making optimal use of available resources.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management).
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the software industry.
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Skillset: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proficiency in project management tools and software, and experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
