Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to lead our visual design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality artwork for games, utilizing skills in character and environment drawing, animation, and optimization techniques.

This role requires a deep understanding of art direction principles and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and vision to cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 2D art skills and creativity, as well as experience in game development or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style across all game titles
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Mentor junior artists and provide feedback on their work
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in 2D art and animation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in game development or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior artists
  • Familiarity with game engines and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
