Job Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us scale multiple ecommerce brands.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our TikTok Shop affiliate program, handling customer support via email and DMs, conducting research and organizing findings clearly, collecting and structuring data in Google Sheets, and finding and coordinating with influencers. You will work closely with our founder to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and DMs
  • Conduct thorough research and organize findings clearly
  • Collect and structure data in Google Sheets
  • Finding and coordinating with influencers
