Leadership Opportunity for Software Development Professional

The role requires a seasoned software development leader to spearhead the development of innovative projects.

As a technical expert, you will design and develop software solutions by analyzing user needs, conferring with stakeholders, and studying systems flow.

  • Develop a strategy for initiating new modules and software improvements in collaboration with internal customers.
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and deliver impactful results.
  • Present ideas for system enhancements, including cost proposals, to drive business growth.
  • Provide reliable solutions to troubleshoot complex problems using sound problem-solving techniques.
  • Utilize software engineering tools, such as configuration management systems and debuggers, to optimize the software development process.
  • Participate in product definition activities, including feature analysis and system tradeoffs, to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage the internal technical knowledge base and maintain up-to-date documentation to support team success.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.
  • Bring at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in software development and management.
  • Have expertise in SharePoint and .Net development, with excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Possess good communication and writing skills, with a drive for personal and organizational growth.
  • Be flexible under changing conditions and able to multi-task between projects.
