Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. This position requires a university degree in either Administration or Communication, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our team, including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

  1. Organizing and maintaining company records, documents, and files.
  2. Conducting research and gathering information to support decision-making processes.
  3. Analyzing data and preparing reports or presentations as required.
  4. Assisting in the preparation and execution of company events or meetings.
  5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  6. Responding to inquiries and providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
